Insurance & Fees


We understand how important it is to have clarity about your insurance coverage, especially when it comes to accessing mental health care.

We recommend that you reach out to your insurance company to verify that your provider accepts your specific type of insurance, as there are various carve-out insurances (services that are separated from a contract and paid under a different arrangement) that could affect your benefits.

We do not accept Medicare at this time.

Currently, Great Lakes Integrated Health accepts:

While we’re here to help and can assist with an eligibility check upon your request, please keep in mind that the ultimate responsibility for understanding your own benefits, deductibles, mental health coverage, and overall eligibility rests with you. If your insurance denies coverage after services are provided, you will be responsible for payment.
